Every exciting purchase made is followed by questions, whether it’s a new car, boat, or decision to heat your home in a completely different way than anything of which you are accustomed. When switching from an old, traditional furnace as your primary source of heat to a pellet stove capable of heating your entire house, minor modifications and considerations must be made in your home and lifestyle.
Pellet Stove Help When It Counts
What happens after you invest in an appliance and it doesn’t work as you thought it would? That’s where American Energy System’s tremendous customer service and technical department comes into play. Decades of Magnum pellet stove owners have been happy with their purchase, because the company and its team care that you get the best in pellet stove technology, as well as proper instructions, installation, operation, maintenance, and fuel selection.
Once a pellet stove is properly installed, maintained, and given high quality fuel, it’s like a well oiled ship that knows how to pump out heat and doesn’t ask the owner for much by way of attention.
We hear from our customers who love to tell us about their pellet stoves and renewable heating stories. One recent customer wrote about some first time use obstacles she was having. Not being a seasoned pellet stove owner, she needed the dedicated time and attention for which American Energy System is well known and is accustomed to providing. It’s important to us that every customer is elated with their heating experience. Here’s what Kristina G. had to say about her experience with our technical team.
It’s people like this who make customers like myself keep coming back
“I was frustrated as I could be with this (pellet) stove and was ready to give up. Then I came across your website…and spoke with a gentleman named Duane. Duane is the most patient, kind, and helpful man I had ever spoken/emailed to in a Customer Service/IT Department. He is very knowledgeable of his work. Duane went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure that my family’s pellet stove was working. He explained everything so that I was able to understand what was really going on with the stove, and why the stove was not working. He knew the stove inside and out. He had patience to work with my father that is color blind and could not tell the color of the wires. Duane stayed calmed and explained it would be okay, and that they would work together to figure it out. This man has been nothing but GREAT help, and I could not thank him enough. It’s people like this who make customers like myself keep coming back…”

I have owned a Magnum Baby Countryside for many years. Recently I have switched from soft to hard pellets and the new pellets do not burn completely leaving many un burned in the firebox. This means more frequent cleaning. Is there anything I can do to remedy this situation?
admin says
The hard pellets will require more good air so be sure that you have fresh air supplied to the unit, you might have to switch to the cast iron wood pellet firepot if you have the stainless steel corn firepot (that will also burn pellets), and if the fuel also is of poor quality you might want to invest in the high output RP2030 exhaust blower that will burn the pellets better.

Does Magnum sell this high output exhaust blower and is it something I can install myself (I am pretty handy).
admin says
You can purchase the high output blower that will help burn the bad quality fuels of today online at http://www.magnumheat.com on the ECOM store. The CF3542 can be used on the model 6500, 7500, 3500P, 3500L, 3502, units and the RP2030 can be used on the BC-AC Baby, and the WIN-ACP & WIN-ACI Winchester models. The Countryflame product does not have a high output exhaust blower available at this time.

I purchased the RP2030 blower. Does that come with installation instructions? If not, how can I get them?

the motor will come with the wiring instructions. If you don’t get them please email [email protected] to request one.
